- Served as a Senior Engineer involved in all aspects of product development & R&D; involved with defining requirements, circuit design & layout, bringup, protoyping, firmware, software, testing, developing & automating production test processes. Primary projects Ebike, MFTS, as well as supporting other ongoing products (Regulator, ISG, HMW).
- Lead designer of dual 500W Ebike Controller including PCB design, error detection & handling, CAN communications protocol and integration with BMS and HMI devices. Documented and built project technical reference manual.
- Created modular, reusable firmware libraries for CAN BUS protocols (UDS, ISOTP) and integrated them into multiple ongoing projects.
- Created secure firmware-update process used for production & field updates including software for .bin encryption, boot-loader with on-chip decryption.
